I booked for a frame straightening before winter 2022 (I wanted to take time to cool down before writing this review), and they got me an appointment within two days. I was initially very excited, but if I knew the quality of work and customer service that was awaiting me, I would have taken my car elsewhere. Long story short, I asked them to straighten part of my frame, and they did not. They did the job partially, but I paid before I saw the quality of their work, and I didn’t want to deal with them any further, so I paid the bill and am just taking it to another shop. I am shocked that they asked me for a Google review because the manager made it obvious that she did not like me. At one point, I could not even be given a timeline for when the work would be done, so I requested that the estimate for the work that they were going to do either be guaranteed for the work or that they guaranteed me that the work would be done within the days that the estimate was valid per their own terms. I expressed my concern that, if they couldn’t get to my car while the estimate was still valid, they could legally charge me whatever they want. The manager could do neither. It was roughly $800 for the work, and I am just going to have to take it to another auto body shop to finish their work. Avoid at all costs. However, the receptionists are exceptionally kind and professional.
