I came here for the first time to have work done and I am thrilled with my decision. The customer service was excellent and for the quote process I received a well documented quote with photographs. Along with that came areas of concern that were noticed and additional pricing of future work so I am able to budget for it. It was so organized and up front with what was needed and my vehicle was completed with some extra work as well in the one day period as was told to me. I honestly couldn't be happier with the care and attention to details and not once did I feel like I was being led astray or being duped. I would recommend Edmonton Chassis and I'll be bringing my business back for sure plus other people's vehicles in my family. Thank you!

This is my first time here. Came for an oil change. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Had an oil change done and a few other things looked at. Am happy with the results. I would have given 5 stars, but the report on my vehicle was texted to me. I did ask for a paper copy and was directed to the text. I prefer a paper copy for my records. Other than that, good service.

My car was brought un due to lack of heat. I was kept in the loop of details regarding the repair and, thankfully I was able to drive away with heat same day no added work because of this or that. They were upfront with me on the issue. I work nearby and I drove home peacefully. Thank Edmonton Chassis and a shout out to Tire Capital for the referral. You all did a great job working together. I took my 2015 F.150 here to get it looked at as I heard a clunking noise. From the booking an appointment to the the diagnostics to everything else I was more than pleased and happy with Edmonton Chassis. They are very professional and make things easy and simple with what was wrong with the truck and what I should and need to do. Very high quality of work and affordable. They fixed my issues plus more that I needed done. I highly recommend Edmonton Chassis and will definitely be taking my truck or any future vehicle I have that needs work done.
