Out of province inspection, fast and efficient

Had a salvage inspection done on my vehicle. The inspections was thorough and the report included detailed descriptions of the work that needed to be done to pass the inspection as well of photos of rust and worn parts. They email or text the report/invoice through an online system which is convenient. Unfortunately getting a quote to have the vehicle atain rebuild status is where I ran into trouble. I called three times asking for a quote to fix my vehicle and it was never provided. Each time the receptionist said they would have it sent within an hour but I never recieved it. They already had my email and phone number on file as I was provided the inital salvage inspection report through that contact info. Not sure why they won't provide the quote but this low quality customer service is disappointing.

This shop surpassed my expectations! I brought in my BMW X5M for some engine and brake maintenance ( ignition coils, spark plugs ) valve covers replacement, fluid change etc. The service and front end staff was professional and helpful. I got to speak with the mechanic working on my vehicle and left there more educated...the guy was extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy; definitely showed it with the work done to my vehicle. I highly recommend Edmonton Chassis.

Very professional service. Very nice people. The car was properly diagnosed and repaired quickly and cheaply compared to the other service shops. Thank you very much and I highly recommend this workshop.

Very thorough. Technician noted that one of the tires was mounted incorrectly (inward side was mounted outward) from the factory.
